About the role:

First impressions are vital and as a member of our Reception team you will be the first point of contact for all our customers and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service is offered to all.

Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure we always provide the highest levels of service to all customers and callers.

You will have skills in communication (in person & over the phone), problem solving and be curious to stay current with how best to use technology to fulfil the demands of a busy office environment. Experience of working in a Reception would be beneficial but not essential because we can provide the training you need.

This role is a part time role on a job share basis. The role is based in our Head Office in the heart of the city of Belfast. The starting salary for the role is £20,971 pro rata increasing to a maximum of £23,166  pro rata (based on delivery in role.
