Property Security Warden


We are recruiting for a Property Security Warden in

Brookfield Mill and Ardoyne Avenue in North Belfast


35 hours a week

Tuesday to Sunday: 18:30pm to 2am

Salary: £10.90 per hour

As one of the leading NI Housing Associations, we currently provide over 5,500 homes throughout Northern Ireland for families, older people and for those who need support. Our aim is to provide housing that is welcoming to all.  We are currently enjoying a period of substantial growth and have an ambitious plan to deliver 1,400 much needed homes over the next five years.


A bit about the role

At Clanmil, our tenants are at the heart of what we do. Our Property Security Warden will ensure the safety of our tenants and the schemes they live in. You will have one years’ experience working within a Security/Caretaker role, one years’ relevant experience working with customers.
