Property Compliance Officer

Working within a busy Property Assets Team the Property Compliance Officer is responsible for the successful delivery of extensive programme of servicing and maintenance to meet the targets set out in the Annual Business Plan and Asset Management Strategy. You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of compliance and servicing including fire safety, asbestos, construction health and safety, legionella, gas safety, boiler servicing and planned preventative maintenance of all mechanical and electrical installations.

Essential Criteria:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience of delivering statutory compliance/ health and safety programmes in a property management or housing environment.
OR
A degree in a related subject e.g., construction, property, surveying, health& safety plus 3 years’ experience of delivering statutory compliance/ health and safety programmes in a property management environment.

A relevant qualification in health and safety e.g. NEBOSH General Certificate (Must be willing to work towards NEBOSH certification as a condition of employment.

Desirable
Full or Associate member status of a relevant professional body
