PROJECT ACCOUNTANT Full time – flexi & hybrid working – 37hrs per week £32,490.82 – £36,638.60 per annum

If you like the idea of helping the organisation move forward, read on. A bit about the role This role will provide a real opportunity to influence change right across the business. You will work alongside other senior members of the Finance Team to proactively seek ways to improve processes and working practices to drive efficiencies across the team and wider business including developing and implementing financial and tax efficient structures which will support continued growth and identify new business opportunities. You will provide financial support to budget holders and other non-finance functions and prepare high-quality management accounts and narrative reports. As well as your technical accounts and finance expertise you will be a confident, clear and an articulate communicator who is able to contribute positively to key meetings. You will be a CCAB fully qualified accountant who has at least two years’ experience of the preparation of management accounts and budgets and have at least six months’ experience of dealing with VAT and Indirect Taxes; and dealing with tax authorities. It would also be advantageous if you had at least one year’s experience of the preparation of statutory accounts including compilation of appropriate working papers and dealing with external auditors.
