A bit about the role
As Planned Maintenance Officer you will deliver a programme of planned projects, deliver the Aids and Adaptations service, carry out stock surveys and provide great customer experience to our tenants.
About you
You will have two years’ experience (within the last seven years) within a construction/facilities /maintenance environment AND a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant construction/facilities/maintenance environment OR exceptional candidates who do not hold a third level qualification but have three years’ experience (within the last seven years) within a construction/ facilities/maintenance environment should also apply.
You will also have previous experience of Planned Maintenance Projects. Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, can organise and prioritise a varied workload and work on your own initiative with limited supervision.
You will need to Be flexible to attend occasional meetings outside of office hours and be able to travel to carry out the requirements of the post without the reliance on public transport.
