A bit about the role

We are one of NI’s leading providers of high-quality housing and supported housing services and we try to make a real difference to the lives of the people living in our homes.   These are exciting times and we have recently launched our new 5-year Strategic Plan – ‘Shaping our Future 2026’ to ensure we are in the best shape to face any challenges ahead. But above all, our purpose remains the same, we are here to provide homes for people to live well because we know that quality homes and connected communities create safety, stability and opportunities in society.

We are looking for a customer focussed Planned Assets Officer, to oversee the delivery of a programme of planned projects and to provide a consistent, high level of service to all of Clanmil’s customers.   You’ll take the initiative in seeking out opportunities and ideas for helping us manage maintenance for great homes.

Two years’ experience (within the last seven years) within a construction/facilities/maintenance environment AND a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant construction / facilities / maintenance environment OR exceptional candidates who do not hold a third level qualification but have five years’ experience (within the last seven years) within a construction/ facilities/maintenance environment may also apply.

You’ll also have previous experience of Planned Maintenance projects.

You’ll need to be flexible to attend meetings outside of office hours and hold a full UK Driving Licence and be able to travel to meet the requirements of the post without reliance on public transport.

You’ll find a full job description and job specification for this post on our website.
