A bit about the role of Planned Asset officer
We are looking for a customer focussed Planned Assets Officer, to oversee the delivery of a programme of planned projects and to provide a consistent, high level of service to all of Clanmil’s customers. If you are passionate about the provision of quality and affordable homes for all and want to work with a committed and dedicated team in a fast-paced and exciting environment….come and join our forward-thinking organisation.
You’ll take the initiative in seeking out opportunities and ideas for helping us manage maintenance for great homes.
You will have two years’ experience (within the last seven years) within a construction / facilities / maintenance environment AND a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant building/construction environment. However, exceptional candidates who do not hold a third level qualification but have five years’ experience (within the last seven years) within a construction/ facilities/maintenance environment may also apply.
You’ll also have previous experience of Planned Maintenance projects.
You’ll need to be flexible to attend meetings outside of office hours and hold a full UK Driving Licence and be able to travel to meet the requirements of the post without reliance on public transport.
