Choice Services is seeking to appoint a Painter to undertake response maintenance, change of tenancy, multi-trade and project works. This will include responsibilities to deliver excellent customer service.

Essential Criteria:-

A time served Painter

Minimum 2 years post apprentice experience.

Must be able to demonstrate a high level of experience and sound knowledge in the delivery of minor building and maintenance painting services.

A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the minor building and maintenance sector.

Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service.

Able to use a PDA \ smartphone \ mobile working device.

Current full, clean and valid driving license.

Confident, reliable, flexible and adaptability.

Desirable Criteria:-

A minimum of 2 year’s relevant experience in high end building finishing works.

A valid CSR Card.

Experience in carrying out Multi-Trade works.
