Night Property Security Warden Clanmil Housing

Work with NIFHA

30 hours per week (Job share may also be considered)

Covering shifts on a Thursday – Sunday between 7pm – 3am.

Job share would entail working 15 hours per person with alternate weekend working

About the role

At Clanmil, our tenants and residents are at the heart of what we do, and we want to provide more great homes for families that need them. Our Night Property Security Wardens will ensure the safety of our tenants within the schemes they live in.

About you

We’re confident that you can bring expertise and experience that will help you excel at your job. You will have experience in a Security/Caretaker role, in addition to relevant experience working with customers and hold a valid driver’s licence and access to the use of a car to enable you to undertake the full remit of the role.
