Neighbourhood Assistant (Job No J459)

Location: Based initially at Greeves Park, Strabane

The purpose of this role is to provide a key connection with our residents, delivering an excellent customer service, including the full range of housing management, community engagement & tenant participation activities. It is pivotal to helping us build sustainable communities and ensuring that our estates are safe and clean. The role will work closely with a team of Housing Officers ensuring that our legal and regulatory requirements are met and upholding policy and procedures at all times.
