The Marketing & Communications Officer will support the development and success of the marketing function and take responsibility for specific marketing campaigns and projects within the Association and assist with the implementation of directorate policies, strategies and campaigns.
Hours: 37 per week

Salary: £28,971 (SP23) – £33,454 (SP28) per annum

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
- Level six qualification (e.g. Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate diploma) or above in a related discipline such as marketing, communications, etc, plus minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the last 5 years;
At least 5 years relevant experience (gained in the last 10 years) in a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience of utilising social media in a marketing capacity e.g. FaceBook; Twitter; Linkedin.
- Experience of managing staff in a customer focused environment.
- Excellent level of IT literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of online applications (e.g. CRM tools, online analytics, Google AdWords, Canva etc.
- A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*

In such circumstances, consideration will be given in any subsequent offer of appointment to suitable alternative arrangements that the candidate may be able to put in place that would enable them to meet the travel requirements for the post).
