Reporting to the Director of Development and Property Management, the jobholder will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of maintenance management operations including line management of the maintenance team and assist the Association to achieve its core aims and objectives.
The successful candidate must have:
• 3 rd level education (HND or equivalent) in a built environment related subject
• a minimum of 2 years (gained within last 6 years) experience in a similar supervisory role including managing staff
• or in the absence of the above educational requirement, a minimum of
5 years’ experience (gained within the last 7 years) in a similar supervisory role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent IT skills
The appointment will be made within the terms of the NJC Conditions of Service and salary will be NJC SCP 30-38 (£36,294-£44,539) plus optional contributory pension scheme currently at employer contribution of 19.5% (£7,077pa), 35 days annual leave (incl. stats) private healthcare and excellent work and family friendly policies and hybrid working arrangement.
