Post: Maintenance Manager (Fixed Term for 12 months to cover Maternity leave)

Location: Rural Housing Association, 2 Killyclogher Road, Omagh, Co Tyrone
Salary: NJC Scale PT29 to PT35 (£37,336 – £43,421)
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of the maintenance service to provide a high-quality customer focus and cost-effective maintenance and improvement service to our tenants in relation to both preventative and response maintenance.
Essential Criteria includes:
Relevant third level qualification
- 5 years proven Property Management experience with at least 2 of those at a supervisory level.
- Proven track record in formulating and delivering programmes to performance targets, budget and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong proven procurement and contract management experience relating to the delivery of work programmes.
