MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS ASSISTANT

Based at Head Office, Belfast

 37hrs per week

Salary £22,577 – £23,632 per Annum

Fixed term: 9 to 12 months

A bit about the role

The successful candidate will provide full support to the team within our Assets Department, ensuring the everyday operations flow smoothly. A fully organisational administrative role, on a day to day basis you will be responsible for assisting in the recovery of charges and claims as well as processing invoices from our contractors.

A bit about you

You will be a natural organiser, with an amazing eye for detail and a flair for numbers. With a “no job too big or too small” attitude to your role, you will happily turn your hand to anything that is needed. With excellent Microsoft office skills and an ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, you will thrive in the challenges of this role.

You will have 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade C or above AND a minimum of two years technical and administration experience a busy office environment. Or a minimum of four years technical and administration experience in a busy office environment.

You will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook, demonstrated by way of example on the application form.
