Salary Offers at £20,341.59 – £22,400 per annum + Competitive benefit package inc. Home & Agile Working Allowance.

A bit about the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Assistant (Property and Securities) to join our team to help us deliver our ambitious development programme. This rewarding role will provide you with an opportunity to make a real difference for our customers by providing great homes that matter.

This exciting role will suit a self-motivated individual who has excellent communication and organisational skills, is an effective negotiator with a proven ability to problem solve.  If you have a methodical approach to detail and a proven ability to deal with conflicting priorities, then this role will be perfect for you.

 

 A bit about you

You will have a legal qualification or are working towards one AND will have at least 1 year’s recent experience (within last 5yrs) in property/conveyancing legal environment; experience of legal review of titles and mortgaging process; experience of dealing with external bodies for land matters; and a working knowledge of the building/planning process.
