New Opportunity:

• Learning and Development Partner
• 1x full time 37 hours per week permanent position
• Flexible for base location but will require travel between sites
• Band 7 Level 1 – 4 (£39,570 – £42,754 per annum)
• 21 days annual leave rising to 25 and 28 after qualifying length of service plus 12 statutory holidays

This is an exciting time for a Learning professional to join a values-based, successful organisation to take our learning and development function to the next level. The role is ideal for a motivational individual to lead a small team and join Triangle on our journey.

The successful candidate will need to have a sound experience, have successfully led a team, and have a suitable qualification, you will have comprehensive knowledge and experience in developing and facilitating learning and growth programmes within a large and complex organisational setting. You will also be very competent in the use of IT, particularly learning management systems.
