A bit about the role

This is a great opportunity for the right person to influence, innovate and develop in a challenging housing sector.  If you are passionate about the provision of an excellent customer experience for all and want to work as part of a committed and dedicated team in a fast-paced and exciting environment….this is the role for you.

You will take the initiative in providing a great customer experience in our neighbourhoods to help deliver safer communities that our tenants want to live in. You’ll have a pro-active and constructive approach with our tenants and stakeholders.

You will have a minimum of 18 months administration experience in a busy office environment and have previous experience of debt / arrears recovery or credit control.  A working knowledge of Microsoft is also essential.

Travel throughout Northern Ireland will be part of the job and you should be able to do this without relying on public transport.
