The ICT Technician will contribute to the provision of a high quality and professional ICT service that fully supports the achievement of the business objectives and contributes proactively to organisational goals of continuous improvement, cost efficiency and digital inclusion.

To be shortlisted candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:
- A relevant qualification e.g. computing/Microsoft /other system certification or equivalent and at least 1 years relevant experience supporting and troubleshooting IT systems, server/pc hardware, operating systems, back office applications and network technologies OR 3 years relevant experience as outlined above.
- Minimum of 1 year working in a customer focused role.
- Customer focused with excellent problem solving skills AND Good organisation skills and ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload.
- A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport*

In such circumstances, consideration will be given in any subsequent offer of appointment to suitable alternative arrangements that the candidate may be able to put in place that would enable them to meet the travel requirements for the post).
