A bit about the role
As the HR Business Partner, you are a joining a great and busy team in an operational role which includes all core HR areas such as recruitment & selection, employee relations & wellbeing, performance & talent management, equality, building culture and more. You will act as the first point of contact to advise and guide line managers around HR practice, policy and procedure. Together with the wider HR team, you will implement and drive the people agenda in the business through the relevant people solutions and policies.

To feel comfortable in this role, you must love people and be driven, curious and innovative in creating an amazing experience for our colleagues. As a true HR professional, you are confident in your advice which you base on your up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and employment legislation. You don’t shy away from holding your colleagues to account using excellent oral and written skills but do so in a caring and emphatic way. You must have strong and advanced ability to work with technology including Excel and HR databases.
