As one of the leading NI Housing Associations, we currently provide over 5,500 homes throughout Northern Ireland for families, older people and for those who need support. Our aim is to provide housing that is welcoming to all. We are currently enjoying a period of substantial growth and have an ambitious plan to deliver 1,400 much needed homes over the next five years.
A bit about the role
As the HR Business Partner focussing on Learning and Development, you will help in making Clanmil a wonderful place to work by identifying, developing, implementing and aligning the right learning opportunities for personal and job knowledge. You will be essential in creating and maintaining an effective learning culture where our colleagues have the right knowledge and skills to reach their potential and to make a difference to our customers. To continue to develop your HR skills, you will also partner one department within the association providing generalist HR support.
