A bit about the role

As the HR Assistant, you are a joining a great, fast-paced team in a busy administrative role. You are the first point of contact for all administrative queries and touchpoints. Together with the wider HR team, you will implement and drive the people agenda in the business through the relevant people solutions and policies.

 

A bit about you

This is a busy role and to succeed you must have strong shoulders to take responsibility for securing efficient HR administrative processes. You must love people and be driven, curious and innovative in creating an amazing experience for our colleagues. The nature of the role requires strong administration skills including excellent oral, written and organisational skills. Working with technology including Excel and HR databases will be second nature to you.

 

Some key requirements

You will be educated to GCSE standard and have at least 1 years’ experience working in an HR environment., however if you who do not meet the GCSE requirements but have 3 years’ experience of working in a HR environment we want to hear from you. You will also have a proven track record of using software packages including HR databases, online recruitment and manipulating data using advanced MS Excel skills.
