Apex Housing Association (Apex) provides housing, care and support for the needs of the whole community in a variety of settings across Northern Ireland. Apex provides and maintains over 7,000 high quality homes across Northern Ireland and delivers care and support for around 16,000 tenants and residents.

Essential Criteria

A third level qualification or Educated to A’Level standard (or equivalent) with a professional Housing qualification
And
1 year’s relevant experience (as set out in the job description) with a social landlord or local authority

Or

Educated to A’level standard or equivalent
And
2 years relevant experience in a Housing Officer role with a social landlord or local authority

Or

3 years’ experience working as a Housing Officer#
