HOUSING OFFICER NB Housing

Reporting to the Housing Manager, the jobholder will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of housing management operation including allocations, rent and void management, antisocial behaviour and assist the Association to achieve its core aims and objectives.

This is a full-time permanent post working 37 hours per week: Mon-Thurs 9-5, Fri 9-4.30pm (we are currently working a hybrid arrangement from home/office)

The successful candidate must have:
• 3rd Level education in a related subject OR a minimum of 2 years experience within the last 7 years in a similar role
• A minimum of 1-year experience within the last 5 years in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer Literacy: A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook

The appointment will be made within the terms of the NJC Conditions of Service and salary will be at NJC Points 23, £30,151 – NJC Point 29, £35,411 plus optional contributory pension scheme currently at employer contribution of 19.5% (£5,879pa), 35 days annual leave (incl. stats) rising to 40 days after 5 years, private healthcare and excellent work and family friendly policies.
