A bit about the role
As Housing Assistant, you will contribute to this aim by providing an efficient administration and support service for rent collection, providing high quality customer service and administering current and past tenant arrears and credits.

It’s important to us that you have the compassion and empathy to work with vulnerable people in a
residential home setting. You must have passion and motivation to help vulnerable people make positive
and lasting changes to their lives.
