Housing Assistant – Income Recovery

37 Hours Per Week (flexi-time & hybrid role)

Salary: £23,088- £25,064.08

About the role:

At Clanmil, our vision is for everyone to have a great home. As a Housing Assistant for Income Recovery, you will contribute to this aim by providing an efficient administration and support service for rent collection, providing high quality customer service and administering current and past tenant arrears and credits.

About you:

You will have two ‘A’ Levels or equivalent AND a minimum of two years administration experience in a busy office environment;

OR a minimum of five years administration experience in a busy office environment.

Have strong Microsoft Office experience to include applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
