As one of the leading NI Housing Associations, we currently provide over 5,500 homes throughout Northern Ireland for families, older people and for those who need support. A bit about the role As the Health & Safety Manager, you are responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of the (corporate) health & safety systems that support the wellbeing of our customers, colleagues and stakeholders. Your success will be working collaboratively with other departments, colleagues, and customers sharing your advice, specialist expertise and insight.
You will help coach Directors, Managers and Colleagues to provide a positive health and safety culture, ensuring legal compliance, effective health and safety risk strategies and an open approach to managing and embedding health and safety reporting and actions.
