Health and Safety Manager

 

About the role:

Are you passionate about creating a safe and healthy environment for our customers and colleagues? Do you thrive on collaborating with diverse teams where you share your advice, specialist expertise and insight. If so, we want to hear from you!

You will be the driving force behind creating a positive health and safety culture in place to ensure the well-being of everyone connected to our organization. In this role, you will make sure we are legally compliant, report on health and safety matters, following up on H&S queries and coach colleagues across the organisation.

About you:

You have a passion for Health and Safety and achieving this through our values and social ethos. To be successful, you will need as a minimum a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and evidence of CPD and 3 years’ experience in a key health and safety role. Alternatively, 5 years’ (within the last 8 years) experience in a key health and safety role and be working towards NEBOSH Diploma. You will have at least 2 years’ experience of working with key stakeholders including insurers and legal representatives in managing all aspects of public liability claims management.

You will be part of a fun and friendly team. It is a hybrid role where you will work from home for 2 days a week and the other mainly in Belfast City Centre. The starting salary for the role is £43,338 increasing to £44,449 after your probation. The maximum salary for the role is £48,894 based on delivery in role.
