Head of HR & Corporate Services (Job No J460)

Location: Head Office, Newforge Lane, Belfast

The purpose of this role is to work in partnership with the Senior Management Team, all key stakeholders and colleagues in the organisation to deliver full corporate services plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the organisation.  The postholder will be the lead HR and corporate assurance expert and will line manage the Association’s Environmental, Health & Safety, Corporate Assurance, Governance and Communication functions.
