To assist the Director of Homes and Communities in delivering a consistent approach to the delivery of housing services by creating a vibrant culture of continuous service improvement across Northern Ireland.  To support housing managers through a process of change.  The post holder will be required to work flexibly and collaboratively with relevant internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the management of services, which comply with legislative and regulatory requirements.
