First Housing Aid and Support Services is a voluntary sector non-profit making organisation in operation since 1989 which provides professional advice on housing in Northern Ireland and solutions to people who find themselves in housing difficulties.
Your New Role with First Housing
You will provide comprehensive financial management and development for the Company, and apply financial accountability in accordance with the ‘Supporting People Initiative’ and other funding providers as a member of the Senior Management Team.
What We Need from You
Minimum Criteria (a Full Job Description and Personnel Specification is available with an application pack)
- Minimum of five GCSE’s at grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English Language AND EITHER
- A recognised relevant qualification AND at 2 years post qualification working experience in the processing of financial information for management control, planning and statutory reporting.
- Accountancy Degree AND 2 years post qualification working experience in the processing of financial information for management control, planning and statutory reporting.
- Part Qualified or Qualified by experience in a senior financial position
It should be noted that the criteria for this post may be enhanced to facilitate short listing.
