Growth & New Business Assistant Clanmil Housing

2 YEAR FIXED TERM POST – 37hrs per week (flexi Hours)

Salary: £21,400 per annum + Competitive benefit package inc Home & Agile Working Allowance

A bit about the role

As Growth and New Business Assistant you will assist the team in taking forward the conveyance of new opportunities, the assessment and sale of properties under the House Sales Scheme, the sale of homes via an Equity Share model and assist with the progression of the security files for our schemes, and in so doing, raise the profile of Clanmil and contribute to its growth and success.

This exciting new role for the business will suit a self-motivated individual who has excellent communication and organisational skills, is an effective negotiator with a proven ability to problem solve.  If you have a methodical approach to detail and a proven ability to deal with conflicting priorities, then this role will be perfect for you.

A bit about you

You will be educated to at least GCSEs level at Grade C or above (including English & Maths) (or equivalent) and have at least 1 years’ administrative experience working in a busy office environment or if you do not have GCSE’s but have 3 years’ administrative experience gained in a busy office environment, we would love to hear from you too!
