Group Fire Safety Officer

£31,025 – £37,231 per annum

The Association is seeking to appoint a Fire Safety Officer to assist on all matters pertaining to Fire Safety, provide fire safety investigation, training, PEEA’s, fire risk assessments (including PCFRA), audit and fire safety management/promotion.

Essential Criteria:-

• Hold or working towards NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management.
• If working towards NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management, this must be supported with a minimum 2 year operational or fire safety experience within a Fire & Rescue Service role or 3 years working in a multi-discipline Fire Safety related role.
• Providing advice and preparing written reports on statutory compliance requirements and fire safety systems.
• Extensive knowledge of Fire Safety Regulation and Best Practice.
• Car driver and access to car.
