The post holder will promote and deliver a support service providing a range of outreach housing support services to older people living in Northern Ireland, tailored to their specific needs, in compliance with the coordinator’s manual.
The post holder will be required to provide a ‘floating support’ service to private fee paying service users living in all types of tenure. The service will be delivered as a ‘Hub and Spoke’ model whereby the staff member will use the sheltered scheme as their ‘hub’ and deliver the service out to service users into their own homes. Staff will be supplied with a mobile phone and required to connect to the Radius Guardian service which allows staff to remain in regular contact.
