To help us deliver our ambitious growth, we are also investing in new colleagues across our teams including in two new Financial Accountants.
A bit about the role
In this role, you will support the Finance Manager with variance reporting to budget, long-term financial planning process including cashflow analysis and future funding requirements of the organisation. You will also look at financial modelling and appraisal of new housing development projects and internal business improvement investments and assist with statutory reporting. You are part of a wider Finance team and will inspire your Management Accounting team and supervise their activities and build strong relationships across departments to gather information required to meet the reporting cycles.
A bit about you
You will be a CCAB fully qualified accountant who has at least one year’s experience of the preparation of statutory accounts including compilation of appropriate working papers and dealing with external auditors. It would also be advantageous if you had at least two years’ experience of the preparation of management accounts and budgets and have at least six months’ experience of dealing with VAT and Indirect Taxes.
