Our new Finance Manager, as part of our Senior Management Team, will contribute to the strategic management and corporate planning processes of the Housing Association. They will be responsible for the provision of all financial services to the Association including the preparation of revenue and capital budgets, management and financial accounts, forecasts, regulatory and monitoring returns on financial and other aspects of the Associations performance.
Essential Criteria Includes:
- Fully Qualified Accountant with one of the recognised bodies (CCAB or equivalent)
- A minimum of three years current experience in financial and management accounting including budgets, annual accounts, project appraisal, risk management, two years of which are post qualification experience in a senior / supervisory capacity
- Full valid driver’s licence and access to a car/able to fulfil mobility requirements of the post.
