Full time – flexi & hybrid working

£45,463.28 – £51,291.90

A bit about us

As one of the largest NI Housing Associations, we currently provide over 5,800 homes throughout Northern Ireland. Our purpose is to provide homes for people to live well.  We are currently at a time of immense change but this also provides us with many great opportunities.

A bit about the role

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to work in a fast paced environment. You will provide high quality accounting information, relevant to internal user needs, while maintaining and improving working relationships with our suppliers.

A bit about you

You will be educated to degree level with 3 years’ relevant Finance experience or 5 years’ relevant experience working in a Financial or Accountancy role.

You will be Qualified Accountant with at least three to five years PQE working and have at least 3 years’ in-depth experience of managing a staff team, including the setting and monitoring of agreed objectives, performance management targets and managing change.
