Finance Business Partner Arbour Housing

Arbour Housing, formerly known as South Ulster Housing Association, a community-based Housing Association in Portadown now wishes to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

We wish to recruit a Finance Business Partner who will assist the Head of Finance in managing the Association’s finance responsibilities. The role is centred on involvement with the development activity of the organisation including (but not limited to):

• assisting the Head of Development in the assessment of potential development opportunities,
• management of development expenditure projections feeding into the main organisation projections,
• introduction and operation of software to assist with the management and finance of development activities
• Liaising with banks and solicitors in relation to finance requirements to fund the organisations development objectives
• To assume responsibilities that will arise from the continued expansion of development and the organisation into other activities

We are looking for a qualified Accountant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position within a busy finance office; or, a part qualified Accountant with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position within a busy finance office.
