Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (Planned Delivery)

The post holder will assist the Commercial Manager, Operations Manager and Planned Maintenance Supervisors to deliver the service by analysing construction project costs, preparing estimates,  negotiating maintenance contracts to ensure optimal value for money while adhering to budgetary constraints, and to generate sufficient revenue from completed works. This role does not require any travel to mainland UK, and offers great work-life balance.
