A bit about us We are one of NI’s leading providers of high-quality housing and supported housing services and our aim is to make a real difference to the lives of the people living in our homes. A bit about the role A great opportunity has arisen for an Energy & Environmental Officer to join our Assets team. This post would be ideal for someone with knowledge or experience of energy management and energy efficiency, and someone committed to promoting and coordinating environmental ways of working throughout the organisation. You will work cross-functionally with all our teams to bring direct savings to our business, have a breadth of experience identifying energy saving opportunities and look at environmental opportunities across the Association to minimise adverse environmental impact. A bit about you You will have a third level qualification in a Building Services related Degree AND 2 years’ experience (within the last 5 years) in an energy management role OR those who do not have a third level qualification but have 5 years’ experience (within the last 7 years) within an energy management environment, clearly demonstrating continuous cost control management experience in energy promotion, system design or delivering environmental standards and policy embedding/programme implementation, should also apply. You will need to be flexible to attend meetings outside of office hours and hold a full UK driving license to be able to travel to meet the requirements of the post without reliance on public transport.
