Employment Officer (UKSPF)

Location: Fieldwork / Belfast
Salary: Band 5 (£31,848 – £33,584)

Hours/ posts available:
1 x 37 Hr post (Field based/ Belfast) – Fixed term initially until 31st March 2025 however this post may be extended, subject to confirmation of funding.

Triangle are looking for an Employment Officer (UKSPF) who will provide intensive wrap-around support for economically inactive individuals, including those with disabilities, neurodiversity, autism and/or mental health issues to move towards sustained employment. This service will include vocational profiling, action planning, job finding and the provision of time limited job coaching to secure employment for individuals furthest from the labour market.

Due to the nature of the role, there will be travel required within the Belfast region to facilitate the service provided.  Our specialist employment and training service is funded by UK Shared Prosperity Fund and Triangle work in partnership with a consortium.
