1. Previous cleaning/domestic experience in a paid or voluntary capacity

2. Awareness of the needs of older people and ability to maintain confidentiality

3. Good verbal and written communication skills and sufficiently fluent in English to assist tenants, their families and visitors

4. Prepared to undertake training and ability to use initiative and work as part of a team
