Choice is seeking to recruit a Digital Training / ICT Support Officer to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth implementation and utilisation of various digital applications and systems within the organisation. This individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive end-user training, support, and guidance to maximise user adoption and proficiency in utilising these tools effectively. It is expected that this role will provide expert level support within the Service Delivery team. It is anticipated that this role will be flexible to best allocate time in line with demands of the organisation.
