A bit about the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Officer to join our Construction Team to help us deliver our ambitious development programme. This rewarding role will provide you with an opportunity to make a real difference for our tenants by providing great homes that matter through the efficient and effective management of schemes under construction.

 

This exciting role will suit a self-motivated individual who has excellent communication and organisational skills, is an effective negotiator and skilled project manager who has a proven ability to problem solve.  If you are highly motivated, have a methodical approach to detail and have a proven ability to deal with conflicting priorities, then this role will be perfect for you.

A bit about you

You will need to have a third level qualification and have 2 years’ recent experience (within the last 5 years) in a property/construction/development environment.  If you do not have a degree but have 5 years’ recent experience (in the last 8 years) in a property/construction/development environment instead, then you should also consider applying.   You will need to be flexible with your time because this is not a 9-5 job; some work will need carried out outside of core hours.  You will find further details regarding the qualifications, experience and skills to succeed in this role, on the job description and person specification.
