A bit about the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Officer to join our Construction Team to help us deliver our ambitious development programme. This rewarding role will provide you with an opportunity to make a real difference for our tenants by providing great homes that matter through the efficient and effective management of schemes under construction.
This exciting role will suit a self-motivated individual who has excellent communication and organisational skills, is an effective negotiator and skilled project manager who has a proven ability to problem solve. If you are highly motivated, have a methodical approach to detail and have a proven ability to deal with conflicting priorities, then this role will be perfect for you.
A bit about you
You will need to have a third level qualification and have 2 years’ recent experience (within the last 5 years) in a property/construction/development environment. If you do not have a degree but have 5 years’ recent experience (in the last 8 years) in a property/construction/development environment instead, then you should also consider applying. You will need to be flexible with your time because this is not a 9-5 job; some work will need carried out outside of core hours.
