Development Officer Ark Housing

Ark Housing Association based in Belfast is a progressive Housing Association with ambitious plans for growth and stock improvement over the next five years.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and dedicated individual to join our organisation as Development Officer.

Reporting to the Development Manager, and as part of a team, the Development Officer will be responsible for delivering the Association’s Social Housing Development Programme in accordance with our plans and policies and corporate objectives. Annually, we aim to start between 100 and 120 new homes and as Development Officer you will play a central role in that delivery. You will also be central in driving our net zero carbon agenda through the delivery of energy efficient and NZEB homes.
