Development Officer (Job No J426)
Location: Based in either our new Head Office, New Forge Lane, Belfast or North West Office, Derry/Londonderry.

What you can expect from us:
• Competitive Salary Band: £30,151 – £35,411 per annum with annual increases to ensure you reach the top of the salary band.
• Blended home and office working with flexi-time
• 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• 23 days annual leave rising to 26 and 28 after qualifying length of service plus 12 statutory holidays

The role:
The Development Officer position will be an integral part of the Development team and will be responsible for effectively project managing the development process for their individual projects through the relevant RIBA stages.
