Development Officer Connswater

Since its formation in 1977, Connswater Homes has been committed to providing a personalised, tenant-focussed service. The organisation has grown significantly in the last 40 years culminating in a relocation to modern offices in Belfast city centre in 2013.

We currently have 1,136 homes in 5 Council areas across Northern Ireland. Our properties are mainly General Needs including 1-5 bedroom houses, bungalows and apartments. We also have some Category 1 homes in our stock.

Reporting to the Development Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing new build housing projects on behalf of the Association to ensure schemes are delivered on programme and within budget.

This is an exciting role that is key to our goal of building at least 150 new homes throughout Northern Ireland in the next 3 years.

We are seeking an energetic self-starter who can work with a high degree of autonomy. You will be a construction professional with good technical knowledge and experience in project management.
