A bit about the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Officer to join our team to help us deliver our ambitious development programme. This rewarding role will provide you with an opportunity to make a real difference for our customers by providing great homes that matter.

This exciting role will suit a self-motivated individual who has excellent communication and organisational skills, is an effective negotiator with a proven ability to problem solve.  If you have a methodical approach to detail and a proven ability to deal with conflicting priorities, then this role will be perfect for you.

A bit about you

You will have a third level qualification AND 1 years recent experience (within last 5yrs) in either of the following fields; i.e. a property / housing / construction / project management / architectural environment OR 3 years recent experience (within last 8yrs) in either of the following fields; property / housing / construction / project management / architectural environment.
