DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Belfast

37 hours per week

£46,486- £52,446 per annum

About the role

As Development Manager, you will lead, manage, and promote collaborative team working that delivers Clanmil’s growth strategy in alignment with business plan goals.  Quality design is important to us, and you will help us build great homes where people want to live and raise their families within sustainable and thriving communities.

We are looking for someone who is a problem solver, confident, customer focussed, resilient with a flexible, can-do attitude will help the service run smoothly.

About you

We’re confident that you can bring expertise and experience that will help you excel at your job.  What you need to show us is your drive for success, your passion for enjoying what you do and your authentic approach in following up on what you promise.  You will have experience working in a property/construction environment with  strong negotiating skills and the ability to secure sites and development opportunities to meet our strategic ambition to deliver more homes

Travel across Northern Ireland will be part of the job and you should be able to do this without relying on public transport.
