Development Manager

Job No J400 (37 hours p/w)

Salary: Level 05 – Manager, points 35 – 41 £39,571 – £45,648 per annum (under review) and essential car user allowance.

This post will initially be based at our Head office.

This is a key leadership position in relation to the Association’s development programme. The postholder will be responsible for managing the development team’s day to day activities to achieve the Association’s Social Housing Development Programme delivery target, ensuring that projects are delivered in time and on budget.
