The Association has recently secured £105 million of private finance which will enable us to deliver new social and affordable for sale homes across Northern Ireland. Our ambition is to become the developer of choice in the region.
Against this context, you will lead a team in the delivery of circa 400 high quality, sustainable homes each year across a range of signature new build and regeneration projects. The role will involve the management of significant development projects from the feasibility and design stage, through planning processes, to tender and delivery.
